MITCHELL — A Mitchell man is set to serve significant time in the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) after the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office secured a conviction involving multiple cases of Invasion of Privacy.

According to court records, 34-year-old Ashton S. Beavers recently entered a negotiated plea agreement that was accepted by Judge Robert Cline in Lawrence County Superior Court. Beavers pled guilty to two counts of Invasion of Privacy as Level 6 Felonies across two separate cases.
