OBITUARY: Kenneth W. Wagoner

Kenneth W. Wagoner, 88, of Mitchell, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026, at his residence.

Born in Columbus on July 19, 1938, to Wayn and Winnie (Thomas) Wagoner, Kenneth was a U.S. Army veteran. He retired from both The Times-Mail in Bedford and the City of Bedford Utilities. Kenneth was a active member of the Bedford Boat Club, Mitchell American Legion Post #250, and the Oolitic V.F.W. In 1988, he married Ruthie Harder, who survives.
