1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lawrencecountywatchdog.com (operating as Mugshots and Records via Facebook/Instagram and TikTok) and using the services provided by The Lawrence County Watchdog, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site and all affiliated social media platforms.

2. Services & Payments

The Company provides manual public record searches and archival access.

• Manual Searches: For a flat fee of $15.00, the Company provides professional labor to search public databases.
• Results: A "No Records Found" result constitutes a valid completion of the service and is not grounds for a refund.
• Turnaround: Delivery windows (typically 24–48 hours) are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. The Vault & Public Records

The Vault contains sensitive archival material, including Probable Cause Affidavits and investigative reports.

• As-Is Basis: These records are provided "as-is" from the source. While we make every effort to redact sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers) and protect the privacy of victims, the Company is not responsible for information already contained in the public record.
• Presumption of Innocence: All individuals featured in these records are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The publication of a record is not a determination of guilt.

4. FCRA Compliance & Restrictions

The Lawrence County Watchdog, LLC is NOT a "Consumer Reporting Agency" as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You strictly agree that you will NOT use any information obtained from this site, The Vault, or our search services for:

• Employment screening, hiring, or promotion decisions.
• Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
• Determining eligibility for credit or insurance.
• Any other purpose that would require FCRA compliance.

Unauthorized use may result in the immediate termination of access without a refund and may subject the user to legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, including deep-dive investigative reports, Statute definitions, Penalty Explorer data, and site branding, is the exclusive property of The Lawrence County Watchdog, LLC.

• Sharing: You are encouraged to share links to our content.
• Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, sell, or "scrape" our data for commercial use or AI training models without express written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the information on this site to harass, stalk, or threaten any individual. The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the "weaponization" of public records. We reserve the right to ban any user who utilizes our reporting for malicious or illegal purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal action arising from these terms or the use of our services must be filed exclusively in the courts of Lawrence County, Indiana.
